As a wellbeing supporter for my engineering colleagues, I felt there was a gap in my knowledge which thankfully has been filled by Sharon and her Domestic Abuse Awareness course. I am now confident I have the tools in my toolbox to have that supportive conversation around domestic abuse, can ask the right questions in an empathetic way and signpost colleagues to the most appropriate support organisation for them.
