  • Duration: 1 hour, with additional time for Q&A, as required
  • Uncapped numbers: We can accommodate your entire team
  • Flexible timings: Though it’s called a Lunch & Learn, we can adapt to your schedule
  • Delivered: Virtually or in-person
  • Inclusive for all: Fully considerate of all gender identities, cultures and backgrounds

Why upskill all employees?
Prevention through education – Understanding domestic abuse can help prevent it or enable victims to recognise the signs sooner.
Colleagues as a supportive network – Immediate colleagues are often the first to notice warning signs.

This session combines lived experience with evidence-based guidance.
What the session covers:

  1. Definition of domestic abuse and its many forms.
  2. The universal impact of abuse – it can affect anyone
  3. How to recognise warning signs, respond appropriately, and refer to support
  4. Key statistics illustrating the scope and urgency of the issue
  5. Why domestic abuse is a critical workplace concern
  6. Live Q&A to address questions and deepen discussion
The Royal British Legion employees confirmed they were highly likely to recommend the session to others, providing a score of 9.4 out of 10

Each session includes a bespoke slide showing who employees can approach within your organisation, alongside signposting to external support services.

Although quite hard-hitting, the session was really insightful and well delivered. Very informative and would definitely recommend for all colleagues to take part in courses like this.
