Craig is an experienced leader in Security and Loss Prevention, leading both direct and indirect teams to protect people, assets, data and the profitability of the organisation. Craig has worked in this industry for the last 13 years for Amazon, John Lewis and Iceland Foods.

As a male Domestic Abuse Survivor, Craig is passionate about raising awareness within the workplace taking a lead role in a Domestic Abuse Task Force where professionals cross functionally collaborate to create policies, toolkits, education and training materials and increasing business wide awareness. Craig is also a board member at Men Matter Scotland who exist to support mental health, improve quality of life, expand and enrich connections and ultimately prevent suicide in males.

“I suffered Domestic Abuse 12 years ago and locked this experience away for 10 years. In 2012, there was limited support for people experiencing Domestic Abuse, particularly within males, compared to what is available today. At the time, I was denial and felt I couldn’t tell anyone as I may not have been believed not to mention the perceived embarrassment of being a male Domestic Abuse Victim. With Domestic Abuse cases increasing at a concerning rate, I feel by sharing my story and my experience, it could allow others to come forward and seek help. I feel proud and honoured to be an Ambassador for Domestic Abuse Education raising awareness and helping drive cultural change”
