Jo brings over 20 years of global experience as a dedicated people and culture professional. She is the founder of Red Rocket HR Consulting, where she leverages her extensive expertise in HR, coaching, and leadership development to empower individuals, teams, and organisations to thrive.

With a diverse background spanning senior global HR leadership roles at renowned organisations such as Microsoft, Barclays, HBOS, and Tesco, Jo has honed her ability to create engaging, dynamic, and equitable workplaces. Her qualifications in CIPD, psychology, and coaching, coupled with psychotherapy and counselling experience, uniquely position her to help individuals overcome barriers and achieve their personal and professional aspirations.

Jo’s deep commitment to altruism and systemic change is reflected in her past work as a counsellor for Rape Crisis and her determination to transform her own experience of domestic abuse into a force for good. She is passionate about helping others live free from abuse and contributing to the cultural and systemic changes needed to eradicate it in the UK.

Jo’s combination of professional expertise and lived experience makes her an invaluable partner in Sharon’s mission to educate businesses about domestic abuse and its impact. As an Ambassador and Associate Trainer for Domestic Abuse Education, Jo advocates for victims and survivors and delivers impactful training programs to workplaces, fostering awareness and meaningful change.

Jo resides in Lincolnshire, near the picturesque Georgian town of Stamford, with her two children and her beloved Cavapoo, Alfie.
