Karen is an experienced trainer having developed and facilitated training for a wide variety of audiences over many years. Karen continues to work closely with organisations across the UK and is pleased to be able to work alongside Sharon to share this vital learning to workplaces.

Integrating the voices of people with lived experience is important in all her work and she advocates for their voices to be kept at the centre of any training. After many years supporting victims and survivors, Karen now spends most of her week in a learning and development capacity but continues to volunteer her time facilitating a survivor group in her local area.

Having been directly affected as a child, Karen wishes there had been more help available for her Mum and is determined to use her personal and professional experience to keep raising awareness.
