Nikki joins Domestic Abuse Education as an Associate Trainer, bringing with her an impressive 24‑year international career in the Learning and Development sector, where she has held a range of senior roles.
Her professional expertise is complemented by her lived experience of abuse and trauma, which led her to qualify as a domestic abuse specialist in 2015. Since then, she has worked closely with both adult and child survivors and has collaborated with the NHS, Social Services, and Merseyside Police delivering conferences, seminars and training workshops to raise awareness and educate others about domestic abuse and the profound impact it has on people; work she remains deeply committed to.
Nikki’s humanitarian spirit has taken her around the world solo and for a few years lived in Thailand supporting orphans and women within the Thai prison system. She has also worked with survivors of sex trafficking in Cambodia and Bulgaria. These experiences continue to shape her values, her empathy, and her unwavering drive to create meaningful change.
In 2025, following redundancy, Nikki founded Chatterbox Training Solutions Ltd, where she specialises in Leadership and Management alongside Equality, Diversity & Inclusion. A qualified trainer with a natural talent for designing and delivering engaging, impactful learning experiences, Nikki thrives when helping others grow, develop, and realise their potential. Her commitment to equality sits at the heart of everything she does, and she is regularly described as a “mover and shaker” who takes pride in driving positive change wherever she goes.
Proudly from the lively city of Liverpool, Nikki lives with her pride and joy—Fred, her Romanian former street dog. When she’s not found in her home city, she’s usually off exploring one of the world’s many continents, discovering new foods, new cultures, and living up to her well‑earned reputation as a true chatterbox!
